They have two rooms that are wheelchair accessible, and the one that I got was room number 122. This is not a great room at all and I can easily say the worst hotel room. I have stayed in here in the US for the last 25 years and I travel a lot! While it is a Motel, and I did not expect it to be the same as a Marriott or something else, what was the most problematic was - the location of the toilet, it’s in such a tight spot where getting on it and offer it as a Wheelchair user had me fearing for falling down every time I used it. Great if you can stand and sit down, but if you can’t go somewhere else. They do tell me that the other room they have room number 123 is a lot more open so I might consider that next time. The other challenge was that the sink is the height of your eyes when you’re sitting in a wheelchair. So good luck, washing your face, your eyes brushing your teeth or shaving comfortably at all!
The shower was fixed and not reachable, did not have a shower chair in the bathroom, so I use the plastic chair next to the desk which was OK.
Lastly, they would insist on putting the towels above the toilet at a height of almost 6 feet off the ground, so trying to get those before a shower was a challenge by itself.
The curtains once drawn incorrectly, or just impossible to draw back because there was no room between the bed and the AC.
