I don't remember her name. She told me twice, but she was my interaction from checking to check out very helpful smiley, and I appreciate her energy on the side. Note the towels definitely smelled like bleach. I knew there were clean, but they were stained that made me question if they were dirty, but when I smelled the bleach, I knew they had been washed other than not for the time that I laid my head in there. And checked in and leaving something and them, giving it back to me. I appreciate my whole experience.
