The room was large, clean, and affordable. My children loved it. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. Only concern was there was a person that was watching our car in the parking lot. We called the police because something felt off and while they came within 2 minutes and said if he was still there in an hour, call them again, that was pretty much all that was done. The person stated he was meeting a friend but couldn't provide a name of the person they were meeting or contact them. We were then told of recent break-ins in the parking lot. The manager did speak with us the next morning regarding the incident. Overall, it was a good experience after a very long day of driving with 2 little ones.

Walked into the lobby and could smell mildew instantly. There was an attempt to cover the smell with some type air freshener, but the mildew was too strong. The smell in the room was even worse; with small children, we decided not to stay even though it was a non refundable room.

When I walked into my room, it smelled like old, moldy water or something. It was a very unpleasant smell. I went to the nearest store by Clorox, clean the restroom and all of those things when I laid in the bed I instantly started itching after spraying it down and then the bed air out I didn’t even sleep at the hotel that night because of that, the next day I came back, packed my stuff and I went to another friends house and then came back to turn my key in because it was awful. There was mold running along the side of the inside of the room. The staff were very nice. They were very polite , the elevator was out of order they have breakfast. They had a good selection for breakfast. I did not eat the breakfast, but it looked good.

Will never stay here again.
The front desk would not provide additional towels after 2 days of our stay. The front desk said, “we’re out.” The breakfast that was included was nearly empty the entire time we tried to eat. The hotel pool furniture was all broken and thrown into a corner. The room doors had to be forced open and shut due to the carpet being too thick to operate the doors. The bathroom doors would not shut, as they were too large for the frame. Most importantly, the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. Bugs all over the place, and stains all over the carpet.
