The check in service , working out the entry procedures, trying to extend my stay, etc was HELL.
Everything has to be done through whatsapp and everything took ages: For example: I extended my visit but they did not extend the facil recognition at the main door.As a result,I came back from lunch and I had to wait 40 minutes outside, 34 C grades, wanting to go to the bathroom , until they solved it. And If I had no phone at hand? I would have been left with no solution. If I had to get a plane: I would have lost it. And that`s not the only problem I got with the service, also when I wanted to extend my stay, another hour on the phone, twice!. I wouldnt recomend this company- room operator( Charlie)
