One night stay. Very conveniently situated for the Bluebridge Ferry terminal. Having checked in and used the lift to our room we found we'd been allocated a room type that differed to the one we'd booked and paid forin advance. Reception was surprised that I wasn't happy with one double bed, even though I'd booked a room with two double beds. I had to insist on being moved.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we have seen at a hotel, with a lot of options. The room was very quiet and the location was good. The room was a bit outdated but clean, but the bed kept rolling away from the wall if we tried to sit up against the back of the bed. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
