Property ok but staff is poorly trained and most are new and have no idea what they are doing. BAD MANAGEMENT. Do Not open a voucher for your expenses at the hotel, it is worthless as I found out in the restaurant. Prices at the restaurant OUTRAGEOUS ! I had a business meeting one afternoon with 2 business associates. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took them about 15 minutes to get us 3 machine derived coffee's and 2 about 7oz. bottles of water, cost $18.oo USD ! On top of that they would not charge to the room even though I had a voucher open for $150.oo... Included Breakfast ample but dining room overly crowded for breakfast. This hotel caters to large groups of group meetings. Staff at reception ill trained and always large amount of people trying to check in and check out, really slow they have no idea what they are doing. Other issues at reception also. Question? Would I stay here again, NO ! Too many other property's that are better in the area.

Na hora do check in fui informada em ser bonificada com um adiantamento, ao invés de entrar no quarto as 14:00, entraria as 11:00 então resolvi aguardar alguns minutos no saguão ao invés de ir ao encontro de familiares para levar minhas malas ao quarto. Aguardei das 10:00 ate as 14:30 aproximadamente, que foi quando foi liberado o quarto. O responsável de efetuar minha chegada não estava mais na recepção as 11:00. Conclusão: Poderia ter resolvido minhas coisas enquanto aguardava o horário do check in, mas fiquei esperando perguntando de 30 em 30min se o quarto estava liberado. Desnecessário a informação não válida. Eu não pedi adiantamento para entrar no quarto, ofereceram e eu fiquei perdendo tempo. Outra reclamação, da recepção foi a falta de informação sobre horário de funcionamento de cafe da manhã, restaurantes... Outra coisa que não gostei, acho que me acomodaram na ala de fumantes, sem me questionar o que preferia. No geral, fiquei insatisfeita com estadia, não retornaria.
