Terrible experience. The staff, specialy the old lady at the front desk was non friendly, non speakable. We arrived at 2PM and she told us the houskeeping not cleaned up our room and check-in is between 3-4PM. AT 4PM, 5PM, 6PM she told us that later not cleaned up the room. Finaly at 6:30 PM we had our room. The room was dirty, old carpet with dust and sand, bath applancies were old. Noisy people, and neighboarhood. I not recommand, for a little more you can find something at a better quality.

Front Desk Staff was rude. The 6 interactions all started with our family waiting for an acknowledgement of the staff as they were looking down at the computer. No clear line/que so other people would be helped while we waited to be called up to the desk. Parking was a disaster. The parkjng structure is really low. We had a taller vehicle and couldn't fit in the structure. There was other parking available that we could have fit in but it was sold out everyday. When asked for parking suggestions, front desk and security was not helpful. That is a big inconvenience after a long day to keep driving around looking for parking. Room itself was a bit cramped. Very small kitchen are and bathroom. Pool was nice but no shaded areas. Cashier at the store on the 6th Floor was very rude and yelled at people.
