My family loved staying here. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds really comfortable, the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the canal and if high enough you can even see the ocean. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed laying in the cabana to just relax. Definitely would stay again.

There were 2 good things about this hotel - the view was excellent, and they were good enough to receive an important FedEx packet for me ahead of my stay. Everything else about this hotel was subpar. All of the furniture, right down to the front desk furniture, looked like it came from the Goodwill store. The check-in process was terribly slow. The bathroom was tiny. The pillows were lumpy and hard. And they charged me a $30 "amenities fee", which was not disclosed when I booked, which is a violation of Hawaii state law. And they were just the standard amenities that most hotels automatically include in the room rate. Would not recommend.

This place is a residents property each room is privately owned . There were beetles or some type of bugs crawling out of the kitchen sink, and cupboard where the dishes were as well and I am sure was not vacuumed for months. One of the worst places I have ever seen. We did not stay there.
