We were disapppointed with our stay. The only aspect we liked was the bed itself which was comfortable, the desk service was fine.
Everything else was unimpressive from the moment we walked in. There was a piece of wood in front of the rod to hang clothes making it extremely hard to hook/unhook. The floors looked and felt dirty. The bathroom toilet had gross rust (or worse) seeping out the back side. They offered minimal towels.
We stayed for two nights for a wedding and when they came in they had refreshed soap we didn't need, emptied a garbage, and that was it. No new or additional towels were provided as mentioned and the bed was not remade.
The cold air was turned on and the nobs were broken off so it was not adjustable at all. We were on the ground floor, front facing, and there was no privacy curtain, anyone could see in. We could also smell people smoking right outside. When closing the blackout curtains they got stuck closed so we were unable to open them the next morning. Speaking of, while the feature of a continental breakfast was nice, everything -and I mean literally almost everything - was gone by about 9am when we went, though service went till 10. No hot food (which looked gross) or coffee.
When my husband showered we also learned they installed the water backwards so cold was hot and hot was cold. Hot however is generous, more like lukewarm at best.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays we've had in a long time, if ever. Do not recommend.
