Check in was bad. It was under my google name Honest Abe. She told me I had wrong booking number. After I showed the reservation number she said it was wrong and wanted me to email her a copy, then she tried taking a photo of my id, which I found exceptionally odd and I refused. She gave me the room after I complained. I was also under the assumption there would be breakfast from 6 am to 9 am, but when I came down all the food was gone, I stood around waiting for them to refill for ten minutes before going to front desk to ask them to make more. On top of all that, the elevator looked sketchy. There was caulk in the corners and the railing inside was broken and hanging. SMH, take a little pride in your business!
