Indoor pool and jacuzzi was wonderful when the wind and rain was a knockin outside. Breakfast was superb and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was super clean. The room was a bit stuffy but we brought our room spray. The bathroom was clean and provided toiletries. Plenty of towels. Had a fridge and microwave. May stay here again.

Clearly under construction . Staff is more worried about personal cell phone calls . Made multiple complaints about a/c . The fact that the dresser drawers didn’t stay clothes and the fact that the tub dripped and the commode ran non stop . The only nice person was the lady in the breakfast room. Oh and if your room is on the sonic side be prepared to be up til 1 am it’s where the local teens hang out.

Due to the mold, we had to check out a day early because all of us got sick with an upper respiratory infection!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a bit musty, damp smelling. It's an older building and it shows.

My room needed serious deep cleaning. The walls throughout were soiled, the lamps were soiled, and the bathroom floors had long hairs everywhere. Although the staff was pleasant, I wouldn’t stay here again. I needed a room last minute and this had to suffice but I would not recommend.

Room was clean. Staff was super friendly and kind. They don't charge a deposit for accidentals. It's an older hotel so everything is not new.

At checking the desk clerk, while getting us checked in started a conversation that I would say is an inappropriate way to engage a guest. She said “how do you feel about what is going on in Michigan”. Confused I inquired what do you mean? She stated back you know with all the election stuff. The questions tone seemed that she had perceptions that she would like to have a not pleasant conversation about. Worse than that, the Comfort Suites has a very active BED BUG infestation. Adults down to small nymphs. They have been there awhile and it didn’t become apparent till the next morning as I travel and book many hotel stays, upward of over 20 per year, I pull my sheets and check upon entering the room. We informed the front desk, left numerous photos of the bugs. The aftermath is that my guest and I will need to seek medical attention due to the severity and number of bites we experienced. I have over 20 on my face and probably double that on each arm alone. The owner/manager did not even apologize for the issue when called this morning only that he would check into it and call me back.
