From the time we arrive (and had to find my reservation on the computer myself with my ID in his hand) we had some kind of issue. The guy who was running it was never rude but told us TV was on wi-fi then told us the repair guy was coming tomorrow because it was satellite... just silly stuff for no reason. It was 1 night and just to sleep but a lot of things to go through just to pay to sleep somewhere

4/10 Regular

Room in poor condition, dirty, old smell, mildew shower curtain. Not kept up well, bed old lumpy and in rough condition. Remote not programmed to TV so couldn't change the channels. Cereal, muffins, and juice for breakfast. Was not expecting luxury for the price but clean and comfortable was expected and not received.

Great location just a bit outdated. Very friendly staff

Shower curtain was growing mold on the inside. Tub was unclean as well. Other than that the rooms were fine and the air conditioning was functioning. Good budget motel in a pinch but won’t be staying again.

The place is old but kept up. They have a continental breakfast. The only convenience that didn't work was the internet but the 5G in the area worked fine.

Friendly family owned run business. Rooms smelled musty. Continental breakfast was minimal but adequate. Pool inoperable. Good for an overnight stay buy not longer.

4/10 Regular

Beds are extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Black mold on the shower curtain. No tissues in the room. Room not accessible for a person in a wheelchair unless you move things around. Breakfast was good. Muffins, juice, cereal, and coffee. Receptionist was not very helpful at all. They said on the fridge and paper they have drinks for $1 they didn't. Receptionist failed to tell me when I checked in at check out was at 10. On hotels.com, their website, and on the paper they have in the room check out was at 11 not 10. The day of check out the receptionist/manager told me 20 minutes before 10 that checkout was at 10 not 11. We had to be out at 10. Nothing was packed up yet because we thought we had an hour to get everything ready to go. We stayed 3 nights there. The whole time the manager/receptionist was watching us get all of our stuff out. To me this was extremely disrespectful to not be honest about check out time and watch us. Then they had both sides of my vechile blocked with their cleaning carts making things very difficult. I will definitely not be staying here again.

This stay has a pretty good location for a nice price. “Breakfast” its not -breakfast- at all, they only buy packed muffins and put it on a table, that’s it, don’t go counting on their breakfast. Rooms were super clean, althought their beed needs to be changed.

Excellent place to stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

2/10 Mala

Room was stinky, refrigerator was leaking water everywhere, pool was not even clean and in use which was why we chose the place, bed was hard as a rock, and there was cigarette burns in a so called non smoking room! we left a day early and they refused to refund our second day, will not be returning and will file a complaint with hotels.com to have them black listed.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and the location is pretty convenient if you want to take the Blue Ridge train ride or go to Mercier Orchards. Would love to stay again if we visit this area.

We were told it had free breakfast and the breakfast room was the tiniest little room with nothing but muffins. We paid to much for what this place is worth
