I advise hotel staff the condition of the room. She refused refund but offered a said better room but it was not clean either. Dirty sheets and trash behind night stands. I did not stay in the second room and had to find another hotel. This was definitely unacceptable and I’m very disappointed and disgusted.

This was the single worst hotel experience I’ve had and that is not hyperbole. The hotel was not well maintained. It was dark and had sketchy characters hanging around. The worst part was the room. It smelled bad. Clearly nothing had been cleaned. The bed was dirty and stained. The towels appeared dirty. There were insects in bathtub. I purchased disinfectant, a towel, and sheets just to get through the night.

They gave my room away the first time I made a reservation, when I made another and paid ahead of time I still did not have a room when I showed up the staff was not helpful at all and barely understood what I was asking

Filthy, the attendant was living in the front room. The room i was shown seemed to have been just slept in and the next room was dark, only two lights work. It whole place was FILTHY! I did not stay, i had to scramble around and find another place to stay!!!!!

I booked our stay through hotels.com. This motel has really gone down hill since the photos on the website were taken. Our room had large dents in the walls - it looked like people had been fighting and thrown into the wall honestly. The bathtub wasn't clean, so we skipped taking ashower. The walls aren't very thick so you could hear what was going on in the other rooms. We will NEVER stay here again.

Please do not book your stay here. Everything is horrible. Dirty sheets, old towels and dirty. Customer service is terrible. You can’t get hold of them on their office phone number.

This hotel is a get over I booked this room over a week in advance for a work assignment when I made it there he had given my room away as well as other coworkers that had book and took money off the cards and wouldn’t refund he needs to be reported he’s constantly doing this to people he does not need to be apart of this platform he left people sleeping in their cars because they thought they had a for sure place to stay! I rate him 0/10

The room was somewhat clean, looked like the bed was just straightened up from the last tennant with no fresh bedding. The towels were clean for very used towel. The mirror was still dirty from prevous tennants. The floor was swept but not mopped. The pullows were very,very used flat and not comfortable. The premises were somewhat quiet but questionable. No breakfast. If it was no one told us.

Don't waste your money!

It's an old facility and very run down. The "continental breakfast" consisted of Cheerios and milk. I would not recommend and I will not be staying here again.

Well the staff were nice room was clean. ..but the bed fell apart with me in it I asked for clean towels never received them.
