Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel, really helpful staff, clean and modern. Ikebukuro is a great location and the hotel is very close to the station for easy access to all the places you'll want to go. Rooms are small, but this is central Tokyo! Only minor complaint is that the one pillow was tiny.

Very close to a Don Quijote store and close to the Ikebukuro Station. Many shops and places to eat by this hotel. My room had a view of the street below and of the buildings.

Convenient and comfort hotel

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms and 7 nights. The hotel location is very convenient near the Ikebukuro JR station and shopping area. The customer service is helpful and responsive to my enquiry via message box. They allow to keep luggages at their concierge before check in and after check out for few hours. The hotel room size is not big but comfortable and clean.

Located opposite Exit 40 (right under the Rakuen building) of Ikebukuro Station, which itself a convenient transport node for our day trips to Kawagoe and Kamakura. Surrounded by many retail shops and eateries, and a 7-11 right at the ground floor of the hotel. Serves great breakfast. Should try the soufflé pancakes.

Our stay at the DEL style Ikebukuro was amazing! The staff was super sweet and helpful, they always had an answer to our questions and found ways to accommodate us. They even landed us umbrellas on the first day when it was pouring and we hadn’t brought our own! The hotel is clean and modern. The only downside was the size of the room which was way too small for 2 people with 2 suitcases each but, that was on us, we knew what we were getting into and managed to make it work! We stayed for a long period and don’t regret it at all. There’s also an access to Ikebukuro station hidden right in front of the hotel under the Rakuten building which was super practical! My friend and I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel on your future trip to Tokyo!

Good location. Only 2 washing machines/dryers, a customer using 1 of them with 3-4 loads of washing at 10.30pm, lucky my friend managed to grab the other before he came in. He said he was waiting for the other one too. There are another customer and us wanting to wash but we are unable to as both machines were occupied and

第一次下榻池袋

離鐵路站不遠，只要兩分鐘到達，但視乎你要乘哪條線，不同線不同路程！酒店樓下有7-11，對面有family mart，附近一帶有無數間松本清藥妝店，非常方便！今次東京之旅主要是為到到Chiikawa Park，步行只需10分鐘以內，沿途也有很多遊樂店（夾公仔）非常熱鬧。客房整潔，但真的有土地問題，空間很少。酒店有洗衣機但只有兩部，不知道原來大家都愛洗衣，輪候需時！整體不錯的，有個良好的體驗。

池袋東口（中央）出嚟向右手邊Seibu方向行，過對面馬路約三四分鐘路程，非常方便。住了幾次，今次才發現酒店對面有個鬼鼠Metro入口40號，下雨天可以不用開傘便可去到車站。酒店工作人員非常主動協助客人，值得讚賞。旁邊就是7-11及咖啡店，超讃。

客房整潔，能夠打開2個旅行箱，職員有禮，酒店樓下有便利店，很方便！附近有很多食店及商店，驚安之殿堂在附近很近池袋東口，去那裡都方便。行過一條街已有大巴直接到outlets 購物，超讚啊！值得推薦及會再次入住。

첫 도쿄여행에 3박을 보냈습니다. 초등학생 아이와 둘이서 숙박했습니다. 침구와 청결상태는 아주 좋았습니다. 청소도 매일 매일 잘 해주셨고 로비 직원들도 친절했습니다. 숙소는 조용하고 1층에 편의점이 있어 편하게 이용했습니다. 숙소가 좀 좁은것만 빼고는 만족한 호텔입니다. 위치도 역과 가까워서 좋았습니다.
