We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage. Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality.

Misleading pictures! This is NOT on the lake!

The pictures of Hotel front are misleading! We thought we were booking a hotel right on the lake, instead the hotel was by a main road - 10 mins walk from a swimming spot at the lake. So, we were a bit disappointed. The man at reception explained that its a mistake made by Hotels.com and not their hotel. They do indeed have a hotel on the lake, but only with suites, at 100Euro extra. Apart from this, the hotel was a good experience, with clean pool, brilliant spa and amazing healthy breakfast buffet.

Fake marketing

The front picture of the hotel when we made the booking, was from another hotel. The beautiful hotel right on the lakeside, is not the hotel you book. The staff agreed that this was misleading, but would not do anything about it. They even said 'you should tell hotels.com to fix their website'. Very frustrating to put the responsibility on the customer, and I have learned since that they have been informed several times before. This is a scam and I can only warn others against it. Several customers had difficulties getting out of the garage because it was too crowded, and again the staff tried to out the blame on the customers. Really not a nice visit.

Die Anlage, das Hotel, das Personal war alles top. Der Pool schön gepflegt, dieser ist auch nachts abgedeckt, was ich sehr gut finde. Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keine Kühlmöglichkeit für Getränke 😥. Der Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, aber diese ist sehr eng, wir sind mit wienn DS4 angereist, was ca ein Golf ist, selbst das Ausparken damit ist eine Hürde. Man hat in dem Parkhaus einfach die Parkplatz Anzahl erhöht in dem man die Markierung ändert und somit werde die Lücken deutlich kürzer, selbst wenn alle ordentlich stehen, ist es beim raus ein tolles mehrfaches hin und her. Statt eine Reihe mittig hat man 2 draus gemacht also 4 reihen statt 3. Dennoch im großen und ganzen ein tolles Hotel, tolle Gegend, tolles Frühstück, für mich völlig ausreichend in der Auswahl. Hinterm Hotel den Berg Hoch (siehe Pool Bild) hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Der See ist 5 Gehminuten. Mängel: war die Reinigung des WCs, das roch von Tag 1 stark unangenehm nach Urin, am 3 Tag sprach ich das Personal an, sie reinigte sofort, nur leider roch es danach immernoch. Das lag dann letztlich an der Klobürste Halterung, diese habe ich ausgespült und mit Shampoo gefüllt dann ging's deutlich besser. Die WC Schüssel war vorne mit runtergelaufenem Urin, also daher schlechte Reinigung. Die Duschbrause schoss in sämtliche Richtung, egal welche Einstellung, wahrscheinlich war sie so alt wie das Haus, wäre mal ein Austausch angebracht.

Handtücher im Sauna-/Schwimmbereich fehlten! Zimmerreinigung mit Betten machen musste angemeldet werden. Tisch für 4 Erwachsene war einmal neben einem Geburtstagsfrühstück von Nicht-Hotelgästen, den anderen Tag mit vielen Kleinkindern herum. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich, toll war die Happy Hour am Freitag.

Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung. Leider waren die Fotos auf der Expedia Website sehr irreführend und hat bei Ankunft dann enttäuscht. Auch, dass das meiste an Wellnessangeboten, wie zB. die Infrarotkabine nur im Nacktbereich war. Der Außenpool mit 32° definitiv zu kalt. Einige laute Kinder hatten für uns leider nicht den Effekt eines Wellness-Ruhe-Kurztrips. Die Betten sehr bequem, aber das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich, wir dachten, die LKWs fahren durch unser Zimmer...

Tolles Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist Mega lecker und für alles gibt es glutenfreie/ milchfreie / vegane Alternativen. Das Abendessen im Lakeside war auch sehr, sehr lecker. Zimmer waren sauber und modern eingerichtet, nur die Glasschiebetür zum Bad war für die Kinder suboptimal. Pool und Familiensauna waren auch schön, besonders, dass der Außenpoolbereich wärmer war als innen. Bei uns hat auch die Abholung vom Bahnhof und die Ausleihe des Elektro BMW problemlos geklappt. Vor Ort ist man ohne Auto allerdings etwas aufgeschmissen. Ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
