Clean resort with decent food options. No AC so the rooms are hot, back door wouldn’t shut so we had to call maintenance late at night, and hand towel rack was broke on one side.

Property and activities were nice. We arrived the water was shut off to our slopeside building. We were also surprised to find out there was no ac. The weather was very warm so we a fan in the doorway to the balcony 24/7.

When you travel and book lodging while away from home, certain amenities are expected. I don’t blame the resort but the owners of the condos. The room was clean and organized however the drain in the bathroom did not function properly while showering. Water accumulated in the bathtub half way up while showering. Dangerous for the elderly. Please don’t rent your condo if it’s not functional.

Room and staff were knowledgeable and helpful . The Weather cooperated and we had 32 great days of skiing and mountain fun. The Village is the place to be and the Zephyr is the place to stay.

Amazing location right next to the gondola. Parking should have been included in price. Unit lacked adequate space for clothing and skimped on essentials. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again because of location.

Check in was the worst experience, you have to download and app, yet you still need interaction with the front desk. Staff are great, super helpful but the check in is a nightmare. The building is a bit tired and worn, it all works and the location is great. Nothing in Winter Park base station you have to drive into Winter Park town for any half decent restaurants.
