The staff was courteous-but upon arrival we were told there was no hot water. The desk person said they had tried to notify us. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel in town, and we were not in a position to drive to another town.
The next morning, talking to a different desk clerk, who was apologetic and repeated that they had tried to contact us (I could find no emails or missed calls to support this claim) I asked if she thought it would be fixed -she responded that a whole new unit needed to be installed. I asked if we would get a discount, she said yes. Checking out the next day we reviewed our bill. It appears we received 10%. Just my opinion-but I feel no hot water deserved a larger discount.
