Room tired but clean. Cleaner left door open on first day when we returned. Breakfast chaotic and staff not overly friendly. Bus is a nightmare especially in the evenings on return… a safety issue I would say. Only a bar and an overpriced shop and a vending machine available. OK just to come back to rest but not much else. There is an arcade but looks old and tired. Hotel could do with a revamp but served what we needed.

We stayed to go to Disney (as do most people). The hotel is a perfect location as there is a shuttle that comes every 15 minutes (more on this later). The provided breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly need. Great way to start your day. The shuttle is a bit chaotic as it stops at 4 hotels. It can show up all ready full so be prepared you could wait 15 minutes. This never happened to us but did to some guests at the hotel at the end of the line. Also, if you stay to the end at Disney be prepared to wait as it is literal madness trying to catch the bus. There is no structure to queue so people are literally pushing their way to the front. We only stayed to the end once to experience. Wrap your head around the shuttle and this hotel and location will tick all the boxes.

Full of messy, wild, drunken adults who let their kids run wild and ruin it for everyone else. Hotel is dated. Kids banging on you door through the night and when confronted you get the parents in your face. Meant to stay 3 nights only stayed 1. Breakfast wasn’t good. Popcorn etc scattered all over the reception floor, bar area covered in glasses. I could go on. We never complain and never really encounter a problem but this hotel ruined the end of our Disney stay
