From the reception, we were personally guided around the property and introduced to all the facilities – the level of care truly made a difference. Our entire stay was pure luxury. Every single day, the food was outstanding – delicious, beautifully prepared, and with so much variety. The surroundings were stunning, peaceful, and the beach was absolutely the best on the entire island – crystal clear water, soft sand, and a perfect atmosphere. Everything was spot on – the service, the quality, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend it enough. If you’re considering Koh Samui, this place is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

The hotel and staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is really nice. Ai was wonderful from the front desk. The only issue is that there are too many Israelis at the hotel. They were loud, disruptive and very obnoxious. At times they made the hotel feel very uncomfortable.

Loved the Centara Reserve- loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but a walk away or tuk tuk drive away. The resort was so green, and well looked after. Breakfast was yum- so much variety, was fresh and healthy. The rooms were stunning- clean and well maintained. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the refill mini bar and the surprise of the day. Only complaint would be that there is one lift at the whole resort- lots of stairs. Staff were beautiful- nothing was too difficult I can’t wait to return there in the future.
