Very noisy hotel; could hear traffic from the road throughout the night and then heard all of our neighbors... snoring, coughing, talking, watching TV, barking dogs, shrieking kids (running through the halls at all hours). This hotel needs a serious noise abatement improvement.
Beds are tired and saggy. Breakfast left much to be desired when compared to other IHG properties (they were regularly out of coffee; meats were grey and greasy with no sear or browning).
Pool area was nice, but one of the hot tubs never got hot (or even warm) - max temperature was 88F.
Check-in was a disaster - one single attendant; she was gone when we arrived. As we waited for over 15 minutes for her to appear, 4 other couples arrived to check-in as well. The attendant was seemingly overwhelmed (rightfully). People were generally impatient which didn't help things.
I'd probably stay elsewhere next time we visit Moab.
