Unfortunately I did not choose the right hotel to stay in São Paulo with a two years old kid. Our stay was of 6 days in there. I could not make a bottle as they don’t have baby station area to wash up bottles and make fresh ones. The cleaning ladies are nice but they don’t clean everyday. In the reception the staffs seams not happy with their jobs there was one lady that was kind Stephani. In Alphaville there are so many options of good hotels to stay next time I will definitely not choose Confort Suits.

Ambiente com muito cheiro de aromatizador, ambiente não estava limpo com deveria, tinha resto de sabonete usado no box e marcas que o banheiro não foi devidamente lavado após saída de hóspede anterior. Outras questões não muito relevantes pois mostra que o ambiente já está desgastado pelo tempo. Barulho do chuveiro de outros quartos reflete muito dentro do quarto e incomoda bastante.

Hoje em dia, eu normalmente só paro para avaliar um serviço ou produto em duas situações: quando sou surpreendido muito positivamente ou muito negativamente. Infelizmente, minha estadia no Comfort Suites Alphaville se encaixou na segunda opção. O estado de conservação do quarto deixou a desejar, cheiro de cigarro e uma sensação geral de descuido. Além disso, o quarto estava frio e não havia aquecedor disponível. O chuveiro também foi um ponto muito negativo: a temperatura da água oscilava bastante e a vazão era irregular, tornando o banho desconfortável. No primeiro dia, solicitamos um cobertor extra justamente por conta do frio no quarto, mas não fomos atendidos. No geral, a estadia ficou abaixo do esperado. Foi uma experiência frustrante e que certamente nos fará pensar duas vezes antes de retornar.
