Værelset var rigtig fint. Det var renoveret for ikke så længe siden. Når vi nedgraderer opholdet til tre stjerner denne gang, er det, fordi vi ankom til et værelse, hvor radiatorerne havde været slukket i så lang tid, at det ikke var behageligt. Hotellet bør få styr på, at der er varme på i de værelser, de tildeler gæsterne. Vandtrykket i håndvasken og bruseren var desuden ualmindeligt lavt, så vi følte os hensat mere til et herberg i det sydlige Europa end til et hotel i Danmark. Ellers var alt fuldstændig, som det plejer at være. Vi har boet på hotellet efterhånden mange gange, og vi kommer gerne igen, men varme og vand er noget, der bør være styr på.

Location of the hotel is perfect for transportation for both airport and city center. Walking to the train station is just about 4 minutes. There is a supermarket next ti the train station which helps. Also the staff was happy, helpful and kind. Breakfast has a good variety, relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are varying from extreme basic ti a good comfortable ones.so be sure what you need for your stay and choose that one. There was a problem with electric on our store so they moved us to another room which had hairdryer, and a better bathroom.

Værelset var helt perfekt og ligger tæt på stationen, men der var ikke tv2 på værelset eller hotellet i det hele taget, så vi måtte ud i byen for at sidde og se EM i herre håndbold, en vigtig kamp mod Frankrig. Det var øv, da vi allerhelst ville have være på værelset efter en lang rejse i tog.

My first stay at this hotel for 5 nights was wonderful. However, this was my second stay at the hotel and unfortunately this time my experience was not satisfactory due to an interaction with two members of staff at reception. When I extended my stay and went to collect my new key, repeatedly said, “No, that’s not the name on the room,” in an angry manner that felt rude and dismissive. During the same interaction, I asked to borrow a pen, which was thrown toward me. While this may not have been intentional, it felt disrespectful — it would have been more appropriate to hand it over. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable. I would like to add that all other staff members were lovely and helpful, and I chose to stay again because of my previous positive experience.
