This property did just what it promised. A clean room, good shower, good breakfast, free parking. The hotel is a good base to see Pisa but it is approximately 2.5km to the leaning tower and so a good walk, especially in the heat. It’s a good base and I would recommend staying here for the purpose of visiting the town

I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, parking, and reception staff. However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise.

The hotel appeared, old and not very clean. The pictures are much more modern than the reality of the rooms. The room we stayed in had a massive crack on the window and as the room was facing the road, we could hear traffic all night long. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre and probably not the best for sight seeing. Area around the hotel also wasn’t the best. Felt a bit ropey late at night.

The hotel was good generally. It was located a bit out of the city but it was close to bus station which made transportation easy to use. Breakfast was not that too good. It cost us 10 Euro but first for this price we would expect more. Then, they did not charge when something went out. Also almost everything was served a bit cold (like eggs and pancake,...) which was another negative point. But the hotel was good.

Ehrlich gesagt war ich wegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen zunächst unsicher, aber unser Aufenthalt (2 Frauen + 2 kleine Hunde, ohne Hundgebühr!) war einfach top. Das Personal unglaublich freundlich, die Umgebung ruhig und sicher. Ja, die Zimmer sind etwas älter, aber sauber, gemütlich und vollkommen ausreichend. Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!
