My room was not as described, not even a jug to make tea or coffee unlike the description. Shared toilets and showers were disgusting and filthy and definitely not enouh to service the amount of rooms they are supposed to. The girl in reception was really rude when we checked in. This place used to be really nice but now it is CRAP! I do not recommend it and I will never stay here ever again! Save your money and book elsewhere, this place should be demolished it is bad for Cairns and visitors!!

The staff was super kind and helpful - they even let us check in early! We loved that they offered coffee packets, a microwave downstairs, laundry ($4 per load), and that it was in an ideal location (25 minute walk from the Lagoon). The showers were a bit mid, though, as water constantly leaked out from the borders. Otherwise, we loved our accommodation and would definitely stay here again!
