Rooms were not clean. Trim falling off behind toilet, cobwebs, hair in tub, 2x4s in back corner supporting balcony for 2nd floor, appeared to be working on it. Just a place to sleep for us but wouldn't have picked if I knew its condition.

The outside hall was full of coolers, boxes, etc. The security lock on the door was missing/broken. There was "stuff" in the bathtub so flip flops were needed. I was afraid to try breakfast for great if food poisoning.

We were not able to adjust the temperature in the room, and our stay was hot. The breakfast was worthless.

I didn’t stay. The place looked bad; like an old 50’s motel. Pealing paint outside, concrete cracked up. I lost money but I couldn’t stay there.

Clean bed. Nicely made. However, the beds were squeaky/noisy every time we moved, the curtains were falling off the rods, the ironing board was rusty and broken, the tub had broken fixtures, and the little coffee pot was dirty on the outside. They are trying to upgrade parts of the room but clearly are doing it a little at a time. If all you need is a place to lay your head at night and aren't looking for anything special, then this is fine.

We stay at this facility 3-4 times a year, and have had minor issues like the tv screen being broken, or the shower not turning off, but at least we get a good nights sleep. This past stay, we had people outside our room screaming at each other from 12:30 until 3:30 in the morning! Did not get much sleep at all! The room was fine, clean, and everything worked fine though. May not go back.

Yes, this was a cheap room, but when I got there, I turned on the TV, which didn’t work. The staff came and replaced the TV. Then I bought something and tried to put it in the refrigerator. The refrigerator didn’t work so the staff came and replaced the refrigerator. I decided to go to the front office to buy a soda. The soda machine didn’t work. Better off paying an extra $10-$20 to get a better room.
