We loved the hotel and the facilities were really nice for families, it was big enough without being overwhelming. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. My husband hired a bike for the day and it was very reasonable and easy. I also enjoyed an amazing massage in our apartment. The pool was fantastic and plenty of space for all! Only downside is If you don't have a car its difficult to get around. It's based at the bottom of a steep hill by a village fa drive away from most things

To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this. As a client I expect to have a clean room, unfortunately this was not the case. The manger was not willing either to understand our point from this.
