The size of the room and the location are what we liked the most. It felt like a little apartment for our family of 4. Right by the Republic square. The rooms were clean but outdated which we didn't mind. Walking distance to restaurants etc.

We had a great stay! Rooms with AC are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location on Abovyan street is perfect. Right in the heart of Yerevan and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and places to see. Would definitely recommend this hotel

4/10 Regular

We arrived at the hotel at 5 AM and were quickly given our room. However, the moment we opened the bathroom door, we discovered that the cockroaches were apparently holding their own indoor sprint championship! We immediately returned to reception, only to discover that there were no other rooms available. So, instead of getting some much-needed sleep, we spent the remaining hours of the night trying to rest on two small leather sofas in the reception area. Not quite the welcome we had hoped for! Later that day we got a new room and no more cockroaches was visible during the three days we spent in Yerevan.
