This location was promoted with free breakfast and turned out I needed a coupon for it. No one ever mentioned this at my arrival. The lady in the morning of 8/19 around 8am was very rude with poor attitude. Eyeballing my daughter up and down.

They make me pay a deposit of 1000 pesos, front desk guy, was smoking drugs outside, the never, ever place a smile of welcome on their faces, the guy put me on hold for almos 3 hours, because my reservation trough Expedia don’t show up on their week system, terrible terrible!!!

Puntos por lo cuales no volvería y no recomendaría este hotel: una estancia de 5 días donde en tres no hubo agua caliente un internet terrible jamás pude conectarme y donde a pesar de pedir que no entrara a la habitación el personal entraba y en una de esas hubo robo de dinero pero como en recepción tienen un letrero que dice que ellos no se hacen responsables pues ni reclamar es bueno
