overall disappointing
I was excited to stay at this hotel as it looked really cool online, but it makes a poor first impression with a "self check-in" process where you fight with a few iPads that don't work well or freeze up and then have to go find a human to check you in.
There's a mysterious $30 "service fee" added to your night's stay, which I asked about: it covers access to the hot tub and coffee in the morning. Hmmm.
The pillows are uncomfortable and the room thermostat wouldn't go below 68 degrees so it was pretty hot and stuffy in there (the windows don't open).
We had to figure out the wifi situation on our own as it's not written on your card key envelope and there is no human welcoming you to the hotel (poor business model).
This area of Denver is far away from downtown and under construction and not that nice. There's a $54 fee for parking and a $75 fee for pets. Overall, very pricey.
On the upside, the coffee in the morning was pretty good.
