Room was spotless, warm and roomy. Breakfast was pretty good; ran out of coffee the second morning there, and it was within the first hour of breakfast opening. The waffle batter container broke, and started pouring out, for an elderly couple, and the 3 staff members at the front desk took their sweet time coming over (while the woman was having to keep trading out the cups so the batter didnt go everywhere)…then upon my chevkout, NO ONE WAS AROUND TO CHEVK OUT…2-3 ppl were ahead of me, wsiting to do the same…l kept calling to the back employee area, and eventually a cleaning lady came out and said she’d find her…it took several more minutes for the front desk person to return (she commented that she was helping the lady with the breakast area)…? When pol have an Uber waiting and planes to catch, it frustrating to not be able to check out quickly. Also, when l chevked in, l discovered my large sliding window wasnt latched/locked up, which unnerved me a little. Btw-when l checked in, no complimentary water was offered to me…is that no longer a thing offered to marriott members?
