This is a beautiful property. Immaculately kept with beautiful pools and shaded areas. The staff are delightful especially at the restaurant. The check in process is a bit lengthy and officious but fine. Some of the rooms are near the cleaners store and we awoken at 8am with the cleaner banging around. The rooms are well appointed but the pillows are hard. Around the pool there is a smell of the kebab grill which rather detracts from its idyllic nature. They need better ventilation for the kitchen.

Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management.

Ich war alleine für drei Tage hier. Alles war perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ich habe noch nie eine Hotelanlage gesehen, die sich so harmonisch in die Landschaft eingefügt hat wie diese. Eine wunderschöne Gartenlandschaft. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich hier wieder übernachten.

Super schönes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung sehr gut und gepflegt. In der Umgebung sind nur ein paar kleine Bars und der Strand, der sich ganz in der Nähe befindet, ist nicht sonderlich schön, aber mit einem Mietwagen gar kein Problem.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, leider hat das Zimmer überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen und unserer Buchung entsprochen. Wir haben dies auch sofort gemeldet. Leider war der Beschrieb und die Bilder auf Hotel.com und der Hotelwebsite überhaupt nicht passend und zutreffend, daher stimmte die Preis/Leistung überhaupt nicht! … würde nie ein eher altes Zimmer für 200.-/Nacht buchen. Es war auch sehr ringhörig, man hörte einfach alles und somit trübte dies unseren Aufenthalt sehr.

Agréable hôtel dans un bel environnement naturel. Personnel à l’accueil très aimable et une personne très serviable parlait français 😉 De l’eau gratuite en demie pensions au restaurant aurait été appréciable - toutes les boissons sont payantes. Repenser aussi les horaires de repas se terminant à 20:30. Un peu plus d’intimité pour les piscines privées est peut-être à revoir. Globalement très satisfait de cet établissement et de la découverte de la côte sud 😉

Sehr gutes Essen. Am Ortsrand gelegen, ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis Ortsmitte. Handtuchverleih gegen Kaution - super! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wasserkauf im 6Pack direkt an der Rezeption! Schöne Anlage! Leute haben bereits nach dem Abendessen die Handtücher auf den Liegen am Pool verteilt - hier sollte seitens des Hotels reagiert werden. Alles in allem definitiv einen Besuch wert! Danke für eine schöne Woche

Wunderschönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, Tolle Pools

Das Hotel und die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Zwar nicht unmittelbar am Strand, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Es hat so viele wunderschöne Strände, die mit dem Auto angefahren werden können. Und zu Fuss können auch schöne Strände in einigen Minuten erreicht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, riesige Auswahl und alles sehr gute und frische Produkte, für alle was dabei. tagsüber und am Abend waren wir nicht im Hotel, können das also das Restaurant nicht weiter nicht beurteilen. Das Zimmer war top, Bett etwas zu weich für unseren Geschmack, aber das ist Geschmacksache...Pools sind absolut Klasse. Der Service bzgl. Reception und im Restaurant war sehr gut. Ein Minuspunkt war der Zimmerservice. Da gibt es enorm viel Luft nach oben... Zwei Mal wurde das Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt, und auch im übrigen wurde mehr schlecht als recht gereinigt. Das ist auch der Grund, warum eine Topbewertung über alles leider nicht möglich ist. Die Reaktion auf unsere Beschwerden wurde entgegengenommen. Eine kleine Entschädigung wäre auch nicht falsch gewesen.

Our room had a wonderful private pool and it had an amazing view. The food is okay but hardly anything is labelled so as a vegetarian it was difficult figuring out what to choose. Overall the staff were great but had one issue with a receptionist who was unable to understand a request to buy bottled water so I had to pull up google translate for him to understand. They say 24 hour reception but this was only at about 11PM so it was surprising that the receptionist at this time couldn't speak any English. Also felt a bit disgruntled that they charge for tennis although there being no mention of that before booking. The location is good although if you're a keen beach goer you need water shoes to get in the sea and the visibility is very poor compared to other local beaches.

Super experience

The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful and breath taking, and the gardens beautifully maintained. We had the sea view room which didn’t disappoint - a beautiful view over Agia Galini! We also liked that the hotel was a bit removed from the busy tourist beach, but still easy walk to everything. Room was clean, new, nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. All throughout our stay we received impeccable and friendly service. Breakfast had a nice variety. Only thing I would have hoped is more service during the day in the pool area - the servers did maybe one or two rounds during the day to bring menus or ask for drink orders. You can walk to the bar to order but I think they’d get much more orders by being more active. We didn’t buy the dinners - there are plenty of nice places around to go to instead of the hotel buffet. Especially the taverna in the neighboring camp site, Taverna Kipos was excellent in both atmosphere and quality of food.
