Not Good

Run down motel which is used mostly for transient housing. Located on major road does offer dozens of dining options within walking distance.

Do not go here

This hotel was closed for any reservation made through a booking agent. I was given a $75 rate and used my cash key of $5 so I was expecting to pay $70. I was charged $129. I was shocked and it was too late for me to find something else in this area. I will be contacting Hotels.com about this. You should not advertise a property that is only used for Cema and construction workers. I felt very unsafe.price gouging nasty place!

Llegamos y no podíamos respirar del mal olor adentro de la habitación, no tenía ventanas, olor a humo y humedad. Sucio la alfombra. Nos fuimos a otro lugar a los 30 minutos de llegar. We arrived and we couldn't breathe from the bad smell inside the room, it had no windows, the smell of smoke and humidity. Dirty carpet. We went to another place within 30 minutes of arriving.

The price was right, but you get what you pay for.

8/10 Very good

What I thought was odd was you conducted all transactions through a small sliding window. There were a lot of construction workers and people placed by FEMA. But, surprisingly, it was quiet and we didn't have any trouble. The parking lot was well lit. The website stated that there weren't any bedsheets on the beds, but there were, and they were clean. Overall, the stay was better than I expected.

2/10 Poor

The check in was an absolute abortion. It consisted of walking up to a small window (8 x 10 inches) and pushing a button to call a human. The man came to the window and I announced I have a reservation, and my name is Erwin Cohen. He asked my name at least 5 times and I spelled it also. He spoke very poor English and it took a lot of time to communicate. He was Indian and extremely difficult to understand particularly with aa lot of traffic noise just behind me. He finally gave me a bill and wanted $78 to pay for the room. I gave him a copy of the Expedia confirmation and he said they were no longer affiliated with Expedia Expedia still has them on the their website. He the backed off and said he will copy the reservation confirmation and gave me a room key.

We never were able to stay there, our reservation was cancelled by the hotel & Expedia charged us. We are protesting the Expedia charge with our credit card company. The hotel said they couldn't do anything about refunding us. no help from anyone!

8/10 Very good

A nice inexpensive motel.

Did not see any bugs. Room was clean, though it was dated. Had a king with 2 pillows. Pool area looked nice. I would stay again. It's not bad considering the price. About a 15 minute drive from The Sound amphitheater.

The property was a mess, very dirty inside and out. I booked my room for a Saturday and Sunday. It was very late Friday night when I booked this room. I drove there to see if I could stay Friday night also. I offered to pay, but I was told not to worry, because the refrigerator didn't work. Plus it was a room for the handicap, meani g the shower head was only four feet off tge floor. Door deadbolt didn't lock, screen falling off window. Back bathroom window, was very low to the ground and as far as I was co concerned it made me feel like that room could be easily broken into by anyone. The worst parr was that hetold me not to worry about paying for Friday, since I arrived there around 1am. He absolutely gave me the impression that I wasn't being charged for Friday, because of it being a handicap room and also the refrigerator didn't work. WhT happened was he did charge me for Friday and Saturday, so when I returned later Sunday to get some sleep and be able to shower in the morning, I couldn't get into the room. He had deactivated my key even though my booking reservation clearly was for the dates of that Weekend. I spoke to him and he clearly didn't care that I was inconvenienced and misled into a agreement for a room that was one of the worst places, I have ever been. No wonder some of us at times have a difficult time being patient and understanding when business owners don't care.
Vincent, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This was a miserable stay. The room was in such bad shape. Damage to the walls and ceiling were simply covered in drywall compound and left (no sanded or painted, just lumpy dry moldy compound). The second day we arrived to find ONE of the two beds had been made, while the other was left as it had been. The trash cans were still full. The man at the "Window" (they locked the lobby 24/7 and you had to use a walk up window like a cheap road side ice cream shop) barely spoke English and apparently has hearing issues. They have signage saying to be quiet and respectful, yet the what appeared to be family of the owners had a nice loud get together after 10pm in the lot. There were 20-30 people being loud and having a great time keeping everyone up. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Property was not as it appeared in pics. Needs a major upgrade/ update.about 40 years past due. Pillows might as well been thrown out. Flat s o cakes, no neck support. Windows & door all needed to be replaced. Certainly not worth $ 150 a night. Staff not friendly at all, couldn’t even get into front lobby for check in, had to stand outside & talk thru a window.
Crystal, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The pictures showed a very nice place, however I think they were taken 40 years ago. It's old and run down. My itinerary said " kitchenette ". But it was just a broken microwave and and fridge. No sample soap or anything. No coffee maker. A broken ironing board leaning against the wall. Very disappointing
