Really disappointed with our experience at YotelPad. The location was excellent, and overall the room was fine, it was the customer service, attitude and communication that was very lacklustre. On arrival (after a midnight flight from Miami) we were told that early check in would cost extra $55, in my opinion, this is a money grab.
We had 3 major issues
1. Once in the room, the murphy bed hadn't been set up, we had to do that ourselves.
2. The kettle didn't work, we went down to the desk 5 times, and they advised they would replace asap. After falling upon deaf ears my husband actually took it to the front desk and sat it there as a reminder. It was many hours and another couple of requests before we got a new kettle.
3. Our room was not serviced on the second day. Again, we contacted them and to no avail. After MANY requests for our room to be serviced, someone knocked on the door with clean towels. No bed made or anything, just a few towels.
This is not the experience we paid for. The staff couldn't care at all.
