Our family had four rooms for a week. There was not hot water in our units for the last 2.5 days of our stay. Our unit had a broken kitchen knife and no skillet. The entire place constantly smelled like weed. This was a family vacation and it was hard to keep the kids from the smell. I read that there was a strict non smoking policy and that was a clear violation! There was a high turn over of people and a lot of them were snaking pot in their rooms. People should not have to deal with that!

I was not able to even get onto the property as the pre reservation forms could not be completed on my phone and they would not allow me access over the phone. There is no one there to assist , they were RUDE on the phone and I lost my money . The place is NOT as pictured. It is dirty and unkept.
