The room and the bathroom were clean. The idea of having a TV inside the mirror was nice, and even the banana-themed soaps were a lovely detail. The fruit plate and wine were features that set the hotel apart from others. We saw the pool but didn’t use it due to lack of time. We also didn’t join the breakfast, but from the outside it looked good as well. The staff were attentive, and we didn’t have any parking issues. On the first day, we didn’t have a blanket, so we informed the reception and they took care of it immediately. The staff member waiting outside at the entrance also deserves respect, because the weather was cold when we arrived. Since Uber is banned, we used Martı Tag and it worked very well. We didn’t use taxis.
There are a few points that could be improved: the air conditioner in the room was slow to show its effect, and the minibar prices were expensive.
Other than that, everything was nice. My partner liked it very much, and we had a great time together.
