We had a family room which was a queen bed with 2 twin beds, which was comfortable and spacious. The flooring and built ins seemed new, though the floor could have been more thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was lackluster, in need of a deep clean with mildew along the floor and wall tiles. When we checked in the staff seemed completely flustered and disorganized, as if he'd never worked a day in a hotel in his lifetime, it was very bizarre. Once he figured out how to get us a room and a key, everything went smoothly. The gentleman who checked us out was very organized and kind. The hotel was affordable and a decent proximity to the city for the price, which met our requirements. I would not say anything was overly impressive, but nothing too deterring either.
