I believe my expectations were too high for this hotel. I imagined that, being a Warner hotel, it would be completely geared toward children, like Legoland. We arrived early, but the hotel was fully booked, so we couldn’t do an early check-in — which is totally understandable. In any case, they allowed us to enjoy the pool and use the towels and kids’ club even without having a room number yet, which was very nice and we appreciated it.The pool area has changing rooms with showers and lockers, which is very convenient. The food at the pool bar is expensive (a salad costs around 70 dirhams), took a long time to arrive, and wasn’t tasty. The pool has a big screen showing cartoons, but there are no attractions for older kids, such as a waterslide or playground. The kids’ club is very small for a hotel supposedly designed for children, which was frustrating for my kids. Since we were only going to the Warner Park the next day, they wanted to enjoy the kids’ club. The room is pretty and charming, but I missed basic amenities like a dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste), a tumbler in the bathroom, and a stool so children can reach the sink — something quite common in family-oriented hotels.I had to work, and there was a desk with built-in chargers, which was great, but there was no notepad or pen.Breakfast had many options,We arrived around 9 a.m. and there was no line, but by the time we left around 10 a.m., there was a queue and wait time which the hotel warns about,so plan ahead
