ETABLISSEMENT QUI SOUFFLE LE CHAUD ET LE FROID. Séjour simple habituel, en couple, de 10 jours aux Canaries à cette période de l’année BIEN : Emplacement malgré la route séparant de la plage et à condition d’être au dernier étage d’un bâtiment. Piscine chauffée et bonne qualité des serviettes. Choix du PDJ. Bon niveau d’un des spectacles proposés. MOYEN :Etat général en attente de rénovation (sols, boiseries,..) à l’exception du bâtiment principal. Choix de plats du dîner. Restaurant bruyant et un peu cantine… MAUVAIS : Hygiène des tables extérieures au PDJ. Nombreux oiseaux de type aigrette et de taille assez importante marchant sur les tables déjà dressées. Pas d’effaroucheurs optiques ou soniques ou filets. Changement des draps…long ( 1 semaine). Drap petit pour le lit. La couette n’a pas de housse et n’est donc pas lavée à chaque changement d’occupant! Personnel de réception très majoritairement peu compétent et système informatique dépassé. WIFI inexistant et non sécurisé même si cela est peu important maintenant avec les volumes de données disponibles en point d’accès smartphone. AU GLOBAL : Avec le beau temps possible si réservé à un prix raisonnable ce qui est tout à fait possible. All inclusive et Royal Level (dans la même salle de restaurant et avec le même choix !) sans intérêt. Il y a nettement mieux aux alentours pour ce type de choix.

Hotel vraiment agréable malgré sa grandeur. Grande chambre, très confortable, balcon (avions la vue sur l'océan). Deux belles piscines (une chaude et une fraîche ). Proche de la grande et magnifique plage. Repas variés sur une jolie terrasse (la salle de restaurant pourrait être plus agréable). Parking facile dans la rue.

Bell'hotel con 3 piscine, bellissima vista mare. Ottima qualità del cibo sia a colazione che pranzo e cena, sempre grande varietà di portate. Il servizio a tavola eccellente. C'è anche uno snack bar aperto durante il giorno. Due soli aspetti negativi: - porte della stanza e mobilio sono vecchi/rotti. Wir waren in diesem Hotel schon mehrfach, zuletzt vor ungefähr fünf Jahren. Seither hat es sich absolut verschlechtert. Qualifiziertes Personal ist hier kaum vorhanden. Der Service im Bereich Essen und Trinken ist gruselig. Wir hatten zunächst nur Halbpension gebucht und uns dann überreden lassen, auf All Inclusive aufzustocken. Hiervon kann man nur abraten. Die Qualität ist saumäßig. Das, was man an der Bar zu trinken geboten bekommt, ist noch nicht einmal mit gutem willen zu genießen. Cocktails kommen aus einer Mixmaschine und haben mit den eigentlichen Cocktails, die man erwartet, nichts zu tun. Einmal habe ich einen Cognac probiert. Das war mehr oder weniger ein Getränk, das mit Wasser so sehr gestreckt war, dass man kaum noch schmecken konnte, was es hätte sein sollen. Das Essen ist durchweg langweilig und von miserable Qualität. Einzig positiver hervorzuheben ist hier die super Lage am Strand. Die Zimmer sind einfach und sauber, werden auch jeden Tag ordentlich geputzt. Am besten sollte man dieses Hotel lediglich als Herberge ansehen, bestenfalls noch Frühstück dazu buchen und im übrigen seine Zeit außerhalb verbringen.

Tres bien pour nous ! Pour la periode choisie et l’option demie pension, le rapport qualité prix est bien respecté, le restaurant, le personnel, la propreté, les services, les spectacles et animations ! Tout était tres bien !,, après, on partait profité du soleil, visiter l’île,,on ne restait pas affalés sur les transat à boire des bières et ruminer , Des mécontents de tout et n’importe quoi il y en aura toujours, mais pour nous, sincèrement les 10 nuits passées dans cet hôtel étaient super bien !!! ¡ Muchas gracias ! Viva España !

Hotel in generale ben tenuto e cibo non male, ma presenza di formiche in camera (non vicino al letto per fortuna), impossibilità di regolare la pala su più velocità, musica alta in piscina da mezzogiorno all'ora di cena che impedisce un buon riposo pomeridiano o di mangiare sereni, poche attività interessanti a parte quelle più banali. Zona troppo turisticamente selvaggiata, i cementati rovinano le Canarie.

This hotel is not 4*:not close to the beach, has awful food and drinks and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The family room is in desperate need of renovation since it's very old and outdated .Unfortunately,the cleaning was also extremely poorly done,with cockroaches near the bed and in one of the two bathrooms ,the doors were extremely unkept and the machine where we would insert our card was rusty.The food lacked variety,we almost ate the same thing every day and the drinks were cheap and diluted.

Sehr weitläufig, unser Zimmer hatte zwar den schönsten Meerblick, war aber auch am weitesten weg „vom Schuss“. Dadurch hatten wir viele lange Wege, zur Hälfte immer bergauf. Die Anlage ist insgesamt schön, hat aber auch schon sichtlich ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Die Essensauswahl ist breit und gut, aber auch nicht überragend. Wenn es zum Beispiel in einem Hotel am Atlantik nur einmal pro Woche Gambas gibt, ist das für meinen Geschmack etwas dünn. Das Showprogramm haben wir uns nur einmal für zehn Minuten angetan und sind dann gegangen - die sogenannte Flamencoshow war eine Beleidigung für jede auch nur ansatzweise ambitionierte Flamencotänzerin. Ich habe schon Schwangere im neunten Monat besser tanzen sehen und die Musik vom Band hatte nichts mit klassischer Flamencomusik zu tun. Richtig sauer war ich bei der Abreise: Für 10.30-10.45 Uhr war ein Wagen vereinbart, der uns mit Gepäck hoch zur Rezeption bringt. Als um 10.50 Uhr niemand da war, habe ich die Rezeption angerufen, doch niemand ging ans Telefon. Wir sind dann mit Koffern hochgelaufen und an der Rezeption war man dann auch noch beleidigt, dass ich nicht mehr ganz so fröhlich gestimmt war. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Urlaub, was in erster Linie an den ausgiebigen Cabriotouren über die Insel und den wunderschönen Stränden lag. Das Hotel war okay - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Wir werden dort aber sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Lovely hotel. All areas very clean. Landscaping was great, lots of cacti. Massive choice of food for all meals although as others have said it is not very hot. There are microwaves dotted about so you can re-heat soup or porridge. The snack bar is good for lunch. We visited first week of February and found the pools a bit cool. Spa area is good and was very quiet. We paid 19 euros for 4 hours,no treatments. There is a lot of walking as the complex is very spread out, there are also lots of steps. We were in block 8, at the bottom of the property but closest to the gate. it's probably a very different 'vibe' in spring and summer, but was quiet when we were there, entertainment and bars all closed by 11.30pm. Entertainment a bit hit and miss. Check in was quite long even though we had completed a lot of it online prior to arrival. Reception staff were good with ordering taxis, sorting problems. Rooms were very clean, nice and big with sea view balconies. Showers/hot water excellent. There is a safe in the room (payable at reception) Pool towels require a 10 euro deposit per towel, the process is very long winded!. You pay cash at reception and get a plastic card, take the card to the towel man and get the towel. They are not exchanged everyday for clean/dry towels. When you leave, take the towel back to towel man, get your plastic card, take that and the paperwork (given to you originally at reception) back to reception and they give you the cash back.
