It is a nice hotel with good pool areas, but I felt quite let down by a few aspects.
Check-in: I had to wait 20 minutes just to check-in, which isn't what I expected from the 'VIP check-in' promised by Expedia. I was offered water or orange juice, but saw other people getting cava! Staff seemed a bit stressed, perhaps not enough staff available to cope with the number of guests. I wasn't able to get into my room straight away which was a a bit frustrating, but it was before 3pm and they said they'd call when the room was ready. When I heard nothing by 3:15pm, I went back to the desk and found out it was ready.

When I complained, reception said they might have another room round the corner I could move to, but didn't know if it was clean yet. I was so exhausted I chose not to, but asked if they could try to move me the next day. They were fully booked so were not able to. My holiday was really saved by my ear plugs. Even after the entertainment and booming music stopped, every sound in the lobby echoed loudly - voices, furniture scraping on the floors. I went on holiday to rest and recharge, and
