Very accommodating. Had step stool for toddlers, everything you would need in a kitchen, and wonderful views of the creek. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us! Only negative would be their parking garage. Super tight spots and hard to park larger vehicles.

We were taken so well care of and no detail went unnoticed. From the time we got off the road to when we opened the door to our room, it was perfect. The staff are friendly, helpful and full of big smiles. This couldn’t have been a more fabulous vacation! Two things to note: A) jets for one of the hot tubs was broken (not a huge deal) B) it does cost $50/night for covered, heated, garage parking Overall, we can’t recommend The Antlers enough for a perfect Vail stay! Make sure to ask about the free bikes for use to pedal around town. We will be coming back next year!

They were up front about no air conditioning mid summer. It was not needed. We were only there one night. The room was very nice. WiFi did not work and neither did the TV in the bedroom, if we stayed longer that would have been annoying. The surrounding area was beautiful.
