The hotel is in an excellent location, which is clearly its main strength. Access to the main reception does require using stairs, which may be inconvenient for some guests.
Our room was as described, with a pleasant sea view. However, I felt it was somewhat overpriced, likely reflecting the premium for the location rather than the overall experience.
There were a few basic amenities missing from the room, such as a glass for drinking water and milk for making tea, which would have improved comfort.
Communication with staff was occasionally challenging, as English proficiency seemed limited at times. While the hotel was busy with many tourists, the overall sense of warmth and hospitality felt somewhat lacking.
I also requested a late checkout, but this could not be accommodated due to the hotel being fully booked, despite rooms still appearing available online.
