I originally rented a family suite, I had to change rooms 4 times because of poor conditions. I found ants in one room, roaches in the other, the air conditioner was broken, the hot tub has been broken for months but is open for use, the lighting didn’t work, the water backed up, the freezer was full of ice, there was fecal matter on the toilet seat and counter top of one room, I eventually had to be downsized to a smaller room do to the conditions. Many other guests were complaining of the same thing. The man at the front desk told me that the family that owns it are greedy people that refuse to fix anything in the hotel and cuts cost by hiring less employees which is why none of the rooms were cleaned properly. I was told that because I rented through Hotels.com they had no way of refunding me anything. I spoke with the manager he told me he wasn’t sure about anything I was saying because he has pest control and regular maintenance and acted like I was lying.
