Overall, the hotel is more on par with a 3* rating. The most important aspect to mention was at 00:30 during the night (we stayed 1 night) a man entered the room, whilst we and my 5 year old were asleep - and once in, it woke me up and I was met with ' I am security' and when I said 'hello?!' the door closed. This was most frightening, as a solo-female traveller, with a young child. Additionally, in the room, the towels and bed sheets had holes in - and the bathroom sink was blocked. However, the room was clean. You do have to pay extra to obtain the TV remote, safe, and for tea/coffee etc. The pool was fine though the hotel rents rooms to large groups of teenagers and the pool was crowded with these therefore it wasn't very safe for my son to swim for long.
I had booked half board - the breakfast was ok and included coffee; the dinner was very basic. You have to pay for the drinks at dinner - not even water was included.
It was cheap and clean, however, I did not feel safe at night and for that, we will not be returning.
