The place is great. It is clean, staff is extremely friendly and the gardening is amazing, A very quiet and relaxing vacation. the pool, the sea and the beds near it were always cleaned and with new towels. We had a great time in Bi Phut resort. It is a very beautiful place, with great helpful staff, quiet beach and gorgeous flora. It almost feels like you stay at the botanical garden, so special thanks to the gardening team! Hard to come up with the downsides, but I guess prices for some services are a bit expensive comparing to the alternative options around the resort, like SPA and airport transfer
