The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ‘lovely’ room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. I really appreciated that there is a well stocked galley on each floor for tea and coffee making. The location is perfect for the Lake, sights, dining and shopping, Gare Cornavin, great for walking and close to three tram stops (Molard, Bel-Air, Stand) for venturing further.

The hotel is nice and centrally located, but the rooms are pretty bare and basic, the 'bathroom' is completely made of glass and so no privacy at all. The toilet is behind milk glass but still, it all feels quite cheap. Staff was very nice and the breakfast quality outstanding.
