Very rude check in/hotel. experience.
Ruddest check in clerk. There were two agents one was making coffee
She was nice, the male was supposedly bringing towels to the pool. Front desk was unattended at 9pm. Sign stated "Hello" they were tending to a guest. No bell was present at that time. I checked. I saw the lady coming out with coffee and she said she'd be right there. As I turned around...there was the male agent, he had put the bell on the desk and turned the sign to "ring the bell". He told me I should have rung the bell. I told him I would have if it were on the desk but he just put it there. He was swarmy and rude. I took pictures AFTER he added the bell.
The next day, I get a notification from my credit card company that Ramada had charged me again for the hotel I had prepaid a few weeks earlier. That male agent put through my card as a two night stay instead of the standard deposit. I called the desk and a rude woman stated my husband made a purchase... I replied, yes, on debit, not credit and not for hundreds of dollars.
The elevator closed on my leg. The safety failed which usually registers an obstacle in the doors of the lift. My husband had to force the door open to free my leg.
Sunday morning a child threw up in the breakfast area. There were no attendants and another guest had to go get a front desk agent for assistance. We chose not to stay for breakfast.
Only Ava(?) was kind and pleasant to us. The rest of the staff were rude and ignorant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a stray rat.
