We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach while in town for a family funeral, and unfortunately our experience fell far short of expectations.
When we woke up, there was no heat in our room, and it was so cold we were unable to shower. The room phone was not working, so I had to go to the lobby, where there was a long line and the hotel appeared very understaffed. We were told another room might be available in a few hours, but we had to check out by 9:30 a.m., so that was not an option.
A housekeeping supervisor was kind and confirmed how cold the room was and tried to help, but due to staffing and time constraints, no solution could be arranged before we had to leave.
The property felt stretched thin overall, and based on our experience, this did not reflect the level of comfort we expect from the Sheraton brand. We were told management would follow up, but we have not yet heard back.
Given that we were unable to use basic amenities, an adjustment or refund would be appropriate.
