The place is very dated but that is the norm for a small town hotel. Other than that, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and we felt very secure staying here. very affordable! Keep in mind that if you have trouble walking stairs, you need to book a first floor as this two story hotel does NOT have an elevator!

Staff was friendly. Room and building are very neglected. Stains on bedding blanket and chairs in room. Breakfast was poor. Tasted like powdered eggs. Ran out of sausage. Had to ask for coffee to be made. Hole in wall at end of our hallway. Stains on carpets in hallway and not vacuumed. Had to wait extra hour for room to be ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The good: rooms were mostly clean, it was a safe area, staff was friendly. The free breakfast and coffee wasn't bad either. The bad: our room was roach infested. We had to switch rooms after finding 5 roaches in less than 10 minutes. The front desk moved us rooms with no trouble. When we went back to the old room to validate we had retrieved everything, there were even more roaches. I don't know if we just got a bad room or if this is a recurring issue. I didn't see any other reviews mention roaches. Aside from the roaches, it was a fine stay.
