A hotel 5 stars in price, but 2 stars in service, if so! The hotel team has no commitment to their job. Not that they are unpolite, but simply they do not care on performing their job. Typical services like information at reception, room service or laundry you will need to ask several times, and even so they will not provide what is expected from a hotel supposed to be a 5 stars.
Exception must be made to the personnel at breakfast, fully engaged, professional and friendly.
