Lovely new addition to Basque region

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet établissement. L'hôtel a été très bien rénové : la décoration est moderne, propre et chaleureuse. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien ! Quelques petits points d'amélioration toutefois pour que ce soit parfait : Le parking : Il dénote un peu par rapport au reste de l'hôtel car il fait encore un peu délabré. De plus, il manque cruellement de bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques, ce qui serait un vrai plus aujourd'hui. Le petit-déjeuner : Les produits sont bons, mais l'agencement est moyen. Le buffet étant situé tout au fond de la salle, la circulation n'est pas des plus fluides. En résumé : Malgré ces quelques détails logistiques, les prestations globales sont de grande qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
