The customer service is extremely slow and poorly managed. As hotels guests, we are reserved an area in the common space for guest-only access. This is not a privilege however a benefit included in the amenities fees.
After check-in, I ask the floor manager for access. He informs me that the entire space is full, particularly with walk-ins. Instead, he recommends that I leave the hotel and try my luck elsewhere. After further explanation of dismay, he redirects me to their restaurant, Alder which closed within the hour.
The next morning, I called reception for a water kettle. It took over 30 mins to receive the kettle after numerous calls and reminders.
Lastly, for the nightly rate, the room only offers a measly amount of two 250mL water bottles/day. There are no complementary bottles thereafter, no water stations to refill reusable bottles, and the restaurant will not allow water carafes to be brought to the rooms.
